Sorcerers Templar #3

((OOC: Laughing so hard about Will Smith; sorry, guys, I couldn’t help myself xD ))

Arya knew it was too good to be true. The group was called the Ministry of Mischief, not the Ministry of Truth. Why would they fight fair, play nice, and honor a deal?

“Crucio!” Will Smith shouted, aiming straight at Arry.

“Protego!” she countered, bringing up a shield. “Flipendo!”

The first year Slytherin flipped backwards and landed hard on his arm, breaking it. They must have recruited him after the Duel Party, Arya figured, remembering how he switched sides in the middle of all the chaos that night. She wondered for a moment whether Kolby had been in on this plan.

“Duro!” someone behind her yelled.

Arya turned to stone.

Kolby's head was pounding. He noticed that it was wrapped, probably from Marigold, but he also noticed that he wasn't in the Hospital Cell. Something was wrong. Horribly wrong as he heard everyone screaming and spells being cast in every direction. He sat up and immediately slouched against the wall again. He was motion sick, seeing everything in doubles or triples. He felt someone grab his ankles and drag him into another cell. He moaned and someone shushed him.

"Elsa. We have to go help people," a female said.

"Jayne, we can't go in their without getting hurt. And, no one knows where Marigold is. We don't want to add to the injuries," Elsa said, as they shuffled around.

"Well, I'm going to go fight," Jayne decided, leaving the cell. Elsa sighed.

"Elsa?" Kolby asked. Three of her popped into view.

"Hey Kolby," she said, gently. It was obvious that she was in charge of a make shift medical cell.

"Where's Marigold?" he asked.

"We don't know. Be quiet," she whispered. She looked over to the cell door and covered him with a blanket as a Ministry member discovered her. Kolby heard her footsteps as she took off running. Kolby sighed. There can never be a normal day.

Marigold was trying very hard to fight the Truth Serum. But, her darkest secrets were begging to be let out, banging around at hyper speed in her skull.

"What's the relationship between Symon and Adele?" Davy asked, sitting in front of Marigold, taking notes.

"They're betrothed," Marigold blurted out. She kicked at the air, angry at herself as she tried to fight it. Davy smirked.

"Anything significant between them?" he asked.

"They care each other a lot. But, neither of them will admit it, even though it's very obvious," Marigold told him, squirming. She wanted to kicked herself.

"Really? Would you say that they were each other's weakness?" he asked.

"I'm not telling you, you craven," she said through clenched teeth. Davy grabbed her chin and glared at her, inching from her face.

"Don't fight it little Raven. Now, answer my question. Would you say that they were each other's weakness?" he demanded. Marigold spit in his face and he slapped her. Marigold glared at him.

"Are they each other's weakness?" he asked for a third time.

"Of course they are. But, no doubt their biggest weakness is their pride. It's pretty bad actually," she blurted out, kicking at the air. Davy smiled.

"Is there anything Adele is attached to?" he asked.

"She has this really weird book. It's little and black and I think it's full of information on dark stuff. She's reading it all the time," she told him, squirming.

Davy covered her mouth when they heard Adele and Asher calling her name. Davy smiled and pulled out another syringe of a red potion. Marigold recognized it as the Baneberry Potion. He injected it into her arm and Marigold felt the effects immediately, coughing up a bit of blood.

"Good night, little Raven," he told her, pinning a note to her dress saying "She'll be asleep for a while". He quickly obliviated her memory and Marigold collapsed to the floor as Davy stepped into a Vanishing Cabinet. She closed her eyes and fell asleep.

(OOC: The Baneberry Potion's effects are unknown, but for this purpose, I'm using it as kinda of a poisonous Sleeping Beauty potion. She'll fall asleep as the poison flows through her veins, turning them black. Take her to Alys.)

“I hear voices,” Asher whispered, holding his hand up.

Adele paused to listen. She could hear some sort of commotion in the distance.

“Sounds like it’s coming from the last room,” she figured.

They slowed their run to a walk so they could sneak up on Davy. The hallway was unbearably cold and damp, as it was the lowest level of the dungeons. It was dark and spooky, so both of their wands were lit. Adele thought it was relatively close to the darkness of the Forbidden Forest, where even a torch would hardly do any good.

“Goodnight, little raven,” they heard an ominous Davy say. His last words were muffled, but it sounded like a spell.

Asher couldn’t wait any longer, so he kicked in the door and the two stormed in. A door slammed and Davy was gone. Adelaine ran to where Marigold was crumbled on the floor. She looked terrible.

“What the hell did he do?” Asher shouted, his face turning red.

“We have to get her to Alys,” Adele said quickly. “It’ll take forever, we’ll never get her there in time!”

“Locomotor Mortis,” Ash shouted, and they took off running with Marigold hovering in front of them.

Mira wandered the maze of cellars looking for Elsa, who’d last been seen being chased through the hallway by Will Smith. This won’t help her feelings about Slytherins, she thought with a laugh, before remembering this could be a very serious situation. She was almost afraid of what she might find.

“Mira?” she heard a small voice say.

Turning, she saw Elsa slouched against an ogre statue. She didn’t seem to have any injuries, but she looked exhausted. Mira ran over to her.

“He used that Cruciatus Curse on me,” Elsa mumbled as Mira helped her up. “What’s that noise?”

The two Hufflepuffs froze when they heard hurried footsteps getting closer. They both let out a small scream when Marigold’s floating body flew towards them, and sighed in relief when Adele and Asher came running up behind her.

“Wonder what that’s about,” Elsa said, before they heard more footsteps.

“Meeting’s over,” Finn said, the rest of the students following him.

Some were injured, but only a couple needed to go to the hospital. It was a good thing, too; Alys was bound to get suspicious if another thing like the Duel Party happened. Jacob helped Jon along (his arm was green), while Peyton and Gavin carried a statue of Arya. I must have missed that part, Mira thought. With Elsa leaning on her for support, she followed suit and headed to the dorm.

The blanket was ripped off of Kolby as two 4th year Slytherins came into view. They smiled wickedly at him and took him into the cell with the Vanishing Cabinet. They stepped through and threw him on the floor of the basement of Zonko's Joke Shop. He was placed next to Osmond and Devan, who were gathered in the corner.

"We found him Davy," one of the 4th years announced. Davy turned around from his place at a desk and smiled.

"Hello, boys. I bet your wondering why your here," he said. The boys looked at each other.

"You three have become too close with the groups that are in Sorcerer's Templar. So, for this, all of you have been banished from the Ministry of Mischief, as we do not tolerate ruttish flap mouthed traitors," he said, pointing his wand at them. They looked at the ground. This Slytherin girl who looked about Davy's age put a hand on his shoulder before he could cast a spell.

"Get them out of my sight, before I forget to be nice," he said, returning to the desk with the girl. The 4th years escorted them out and they took Kolby to the Hospital Wing, terrified.
